I'm pretty sure I toyed with that idea but the RHEL images don't acutally have permanent links for images, so it doesn't work for non-quay links. Also, if one just uses |

@phracek could you please finish this together with @pkhartsk ? The result looks good to me but the PR touches and removes files you've authored here, so I'd like you to make sure it's gonna work as we need it. Also, we can use the opportunity of removing Python 3.9 from RHEL 8 to test it, so we can merge this before #774 if that would help testing it. |
